This is a feminized photoperiodic variety and the first variety from Dutch Passion that is based on the excellent genetics of the Spanish Kritikal Bilbo. The breeding work started with crossing some elite cuttings of Grandaddy Purple and Orange Bud (which together produce 'Orange Punch'). Subsequently crossed with a Critical to inherit its parental vigour.
WARNING: Hemp seeds are excluded from the legal notion of Cannabis, which means that they are not to be considered a narcotic substance (L. 412 of 1974, Art. 1, paragraph 1, lett. B; Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of New York of 1961 and table II of Ministerial Decree 27/7/1992). In Italy, the cultivation of hemp is prohibited (Articles 28 and 73 of Presidential Decree 309/90) unless a special authorisation is obtained (Article 17 of Presidential Decree 309/90). In the absence of authorisation, seeds may only be used for other purposes (zootechnical, collecting, etc.). The seeds are sold with the reservation that they are not used by third parties in conflict with the law.
