Gelato, the best phenotype: Gelato 41. This variety comes from the 'Girl Scout' family and is sometimes called 'Kiss Ice Cream' by connoisseurs. Furthermore, in this FAST version the seeds are 100% photoperiodic, but with an ultra-fast flowering time of about 7 weeks.
ATTENTION: Hemp seeds are excluded from the legal notion of Cannabis, which means that they are not to be considered a narcotic substance (Law 412 of 1974, Art. 1, paragraph 1, lett. B; Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs of New York of 1961 and table II of Ministerial Decree 27/7/1992). In Italy, the cultivation of hemp is prohibited (Articles 28 and 73 of Presidential Decree 309/90) unless a special authorisation is obtained (Article 17 of Presidential Decree 309/90). In the absence of authorisation, seeds may only be used for other purposes (zootechnical, collecting, etc.).
