La nostra avventura inizia ufficialmente nel 2017, ma affonda le sue radici molto più indietro nel tempo. Siamo letteralmente cresciuti con questa passione in testa e con il tempo l’abbiamo trasformata in professione. Per farlo ci siamo formati nelle Università, nei campi e nei laboratori.
Oggi siamo scienziati, contadini e breeder.
